Why service every year?
- Safety. A service checks the boiler is burning gas safely and the flue is clearing fumes, which is the main protection against carbon monoxide.
- Fewer breakdowns. Worn parts are spotted before they fail, usually in the middle of winter.
- Warranty. Most manufacturers need a yearly service by a Gas Safe engineer to keep the warranty valid.
- Lower bills. A boiler that's set up properly uses less gas.

How often does a boiler need servicing?
Once a year. We'll remind you about a month before the next one is due, so you don't have to keep track.
How do the reminders work, and can I stop them?
We send one message by WhatsApp, text or email with two times we're in your area, and one follow-up if we don't hear back. They're only about your own service, never adverts. Reply STOP at any time and they stop straight away.
Can you service a boiler someone else fitted?
Yes. Tell us the make and model when you book so the engineer comes prepared.
I'm a landlord. Can you do the gas safety certificate too?
Yes, on the same visit, and we'll arrange access with your tenant. See landlord certificates.
What if something needs fixing?
The engineer will explain what they've found and confirm the price with you before doing any extra work.
